Strapped weight up on tank neck. That worked. But now I had no droppable
weight. Well, ok, not DIR, but it worked for now.

This was with 17 lb Halcyon wings, which don't go far down the tank. Maybe
switching to 27 lb would help? They should put more lift at the bottom of
the tank?

Or perhaps go back to a fin that works better for you.
