Legend is bankrupt.

The Wright amenedment and all of its riders are essentially dead (and you
are right they were out there to appease FW and convince them to share the
cost of building DFW) but SW still honors them.  Maybe in the hopes of
driving Continental and AA out of Love.  The restrictions currently are that
the Wright amendment still is in force for planes over 50 passengers so CO
is flying small regional jets to Cleveland and IAH and AA is flying MD-80s
to Houston Austin and San Antonio.
