In addition, an MRI of your spinal cord should be done, partially to rule out
another lesion that could be mimicking DCS, and partly to diagnose DCS.  If
you truly have had DCS x 2, there is a high likelihood that the MRI would
show hemorrhage into the spinal cord itself.  (Thats right, hemorrhage.  This
occurs when the bubbling has resolved and the cord is reperfused.)

If you truly had two undeserved hits, chance of this happening again is high
and diving is not advisable.
