As my knowledge of dive spots, let alone snorkel spots, around the region
of Mexico & thereabouts is limited to time spent with the Motley Crew :-)
during our Coz99NEDfest I need some advice for a friend.

Heather lives in Galgary and wants to go snorkeling at Easter break.
Her questions is: Do you know of good snorkeling spots anywhere from Baja
to Costa Rica? (of the beaches of the safe countries that is).
Which side is better, the Caribbean or Pacific?
