So, to be clear, you disagree with this conclusion:
"There is no evidence that shows that a hot shower after diving
increases the rate of decompression sickness."

I happen to agree with the statement based on my research.

I thought the ASA is the Acoustical Society of America and their journal
is JASA :-)

Let me be clear, I'm not attacking your expertise or intellect.
However, expertise in one field does not necessarily mean expertise in
another.  In matters of diving medicine, over the years, for the most
part, I've come to trust the opinions and analysis stated on Dr.
Campbell's website  http://www.gulftel.com/~scubadoc/
