Very windy. Port was close but reopened just before 8AM.
Also coldest (I am told) it has been here in 10 years. The natives are all
wearing parkas and such while the tourists are in shorts.

Dove San Francisco. Strong curent. Saw a hammerhead crusing south (good
sized one). Lot of small stuff. Drum, scorpion, bristle worm, flamongo
tongue.

Just before the second dive, the port was closed again. Since we were
already in the water, we did the dive at Santa Rosa shallows. Nurse shark
and lots of small stuff.

Only 2 cruise ships today and one tall ship. Might be a barefoot cruise or
something. Have not been down close enough the piers to see.
