Singapore hotels are generally much cheaper than HKG, but even so, I'd say
you must have had a real treat up there. But the rooms that mere mortals
such as myself have stayed in at the Conrad in both locations, are quite
comparable.

More a figure of speech :-) No balconies, and I doubt you can even open the
windows in these litigious days :-) But it certainly is within very
comfortable strolling distance.

On the trade-only day, only those in the trade are allowed to view the
exhibit. That's it :-)
