Of course, you are correct. Bob is the omniscient, omnipotent oriental. I
have been enjoying myself watching him rise repeatedly to the bait. Cast
your chum upon the water for the feesh will rise to it. As has been said
before, 'Dance Bob dance.'

But in the end, while there are some operators in Cozumel that are safer
than others, there are none that are as safe as they could or should be (at
least I haven't found one) and it IS only a matter of time until one of
their 'incidents' becomes much more public knowledge.

On an entirely different tack, how many know that the first golf course on
the island is nearing completion? That's right the first. There are now
two more being planned.

It is also a fact that Playa del Sol is charging for divers to stop during
the SI. Bob was correct about that. What was missing is that the scheme is
to charge the boat driver not the diver. That will keep the divers from
knowing about it (FFC.) End-result is damned few dive boats stopping for an
SI at PDS. One has to wonder what management school these morons attended.
Probably Clemson. ;-)
