My condolences on your kept secret and congratulations on your
recovery and confession of sin, ALL in the same news release! :-)

Now, to paraphrase Kuty's words, neither Sue nor I may still be
ALIVE by October/Novermber 2006!

The fact that I may not be alive ain't no excuse! :-) Just a plain
statement of FACT that I am an Olde Feeesh, and that's part of the
REALITY of Life! :) But I can now tell you that I have already
booked a week in the Sydney Hilton (which has been under renovation
since I was there in 2002!!! and will not be finished until July
2005) but I am booked there Feb 1-7, 2006, whether I'll be
alive at that time or not! I suspect those dates will be
too close for any OZ2006 NEDfest, and even if it weren't, the
NEDfest wouldn't be held in the Sydney Hilton anyway. Deep Throat
is the only one who knew those dates, until now. :-) But
don't panic! I told Deep Throat the reason why I hadn't let
YOU know when I'll be in Sydney was that (a) I don't expect to
impose on you THIS time (as I had in 2002) except perhaps for
a mini-NEDfest for a day at Strike's Reef, and (b) I don't
plan to get wet in the frigid waters of Shelly Beach this time
either. :-))

So, while you're contemplating the "late" OZ2006 NEDfest, you
may pick the date (unless you'll be away somewhere selling
your Phycoplonk wine or Mulusk-Puter during the entire Feb 1-6)
for a 1-day mini-NEDfest at Strike's Reef for most likely the
final visit of da Feeesh in OZ this century! :-)

And it wasn't limited to recreational diving -- mind you!

We had TWO NEDfests, one in Atlanta circa 1996, and one in
Choo Choo, 2002?, in which NO ONE dived, but FUN was shared
by ALL! Jeff and Mike Wallace was in both, while even Viv
was on the Choo Choo one. :-)

Have a little respect for the resident senile citizen, da Old
Feeesh! :-) I've played in the sandbox of Life at least ...
7 years(?) longer than you, Strike! :-)
