Bless you!  I'm not too sure about the Marmite but the Guinness sounds good.
(Somebody once told me that 10% of your daily vitamin requirements were all
contained in one pint of beer.  Which I took to mean that if I drank ten
pints of beer a day, I should be laughing!  It worked for me!)  :-)))
