Between my mandatory annual inspection and service (by Scuba Pro)
or my reg to keep its lifetime warranty, and the Cozumel DMs who
are rather apt at picking out hoses that showed a weak spot, and
were about to pop, I've ALWAYS had hoses replaced (several times)
BEFORE any loud (or even soft) noises were heard.  :-)
