Then that makes me your first!  Spit works for me sometimes, but usually not.
I use and trust Sea Drops.  Yeah, it costs more than spit.  But it works every
time!  I understand from other posts that the success of the spit method is
highly dependent upon the individual.  For some it works, for others not.
