For the Rebels of Civil War, perhaps. But if those folks have to drive
hundreds of miles to dive in Lake Jocassee (yuck!), I can imagine what
kind of diving they have there. :)

It must've been a day of GOOD vis. When Sue (my pardner) did her AOW
cert there (in Jan or Feb), it was snowing and she couldn't see her
gauge on her hand!

You might freak out! :-) That's what happen to some quarry of lake
divers diving Cozumel for the first time. On the first (deep) dive,
when they look down and all they can see if the bottomless ocean --
some actually panic! :-)

Nah, you didn't miss a thing! Did my AOW cert at the Hot Hole of
Jocassee. The current from the hot water discharge was so strong
that my compass-navigation run must have set a world record on
the LONGEST MISS of the first leg of a 10-meter square.

hehe

You sound like a NATURAL Warm Water Wimp.

That's because we have a HEAT WAVE there (in Clemson). :-)

Probably toward the end of the month, to check how much the grass
and weeds have grown. Send me an email to remind me if you're in
town.
