I am glad we INDEPENDENTLY expressed the same thing.

Chuck is completely confused about the issue of "free speech".

There's no question that the author of the Robert Lung post has been
a long time subsriber to Scuba-SE and Scuba-L, and simply created
a Yahoo USERID to post that chicken shit message.

If the matter WERE serious (e.g., a threathening note of physical
harm), rather than a piece of chicken shit, I am sure Yahoo will
cooperate and NAME the real author who created that name.

As much as I dislike Lee's bullshit of blocking my posts and calling
me an asshole, I DON'T think Lee was the author (for reasons that
I KNOW the true characters of posters on these lists who have been
around awhile).

That leaves at most 2 or 3 suspects -- one who lurks and rarely
posts except to flame me;  and the other two ... your guess are
probably as good as mine.  ;-)
