Having done a bit more research, I will change our vote in favor of Nusa
Penida. It seems to be universally described as Bali's best diving (at least
for this crowd). Deep water, lots of pelagics, drift diving (sometimes
excitingly fast), best visibility, mola-mola sightings and a lot more, are
some of the keywords from many websited I visited.
