You just know what the answer's going to be!  :-)

A thick film of Vegemite smeared over the breathing hoses or - in the case
of a free diver in a swimming pool - all over the body has been found to
bery effective against hummingbird attack.  Cats, however, seem to like it
and'll take the top ten layers off of your skin with those raspy little
tongues of theirs!  :-)
