I was referring to those who have been known to violate Netiquette, not
necessarily idiots or newbies.  I think we can agree that we've both been
guilty on occasion.

I'm sure there's something in the document about name calling and
intentional insults, not that I'm saying that this is what you were doing in
your netiquette post.  In fact, I found your comments to be a rather gentile
way to address a rather touchy subject.

This is another matter entirely.  You know how I feel about censorship and I
don't need to think for even a nanosecond regarding either the ban or a
message to your ISP.  In fact, I don't agree with Nick's assessment of much
of what you had to say on Scuba-L.  I apologize for saying that I find
Nick's reaction to your recent post not only censorship, but censorship not
even based on a reasonable application of unreasonable rules.  He's gone
from making rules to twisting them to suit his own bias.  Hmmm, maybe not.
He made them to suit his own bias in the first place.  At any rate, if I
were Yahoo, I think my reaction might be something like "who the hell is
this complete idiot.  Must be a clueless newbie."
