As fate would have it after I finished making a couple of dives yesterday off
of a dive boat where we encountered a 7-8 foot bull shark that swam by for a
looksee. I went to a local little sandwich shop with my family. Sitting at the
bar was a man with a stump of an arm. We ended up going to the bathroom about
the same time and he saw my son and asked him. Son, do you know what happened
to my arm?

Somehow Bryce knew and said a shark bit it off. The man said thats right son
just don't swim at dusk or dawn.

This was the man that was attacked by a big Bull shark as he was swimming
training for a triathlon just a short time after another shark attack almost
killed the little boy Jessie Arbugast (sp?) that made world news.

I asked him about the story of a shrimp boat dumping its excess in the near
vicinity (which was a story going around here) he said NO, that was bull that
the shark just attacked him while he was swimming.

Funny how stories got expanded and twisted so I expect the same out of this
film.

Take care,

Ray
