To the best of my knowledge, this is not legal here. To be honest, I find
it hard to believe it's legal there. It is illegal to dump any sewage from
a boat within Florida waters, which extend 3 miles from shore. You can't
even enter the underwater national parks, including the Tortugas, if your
system is capaple of dumping sewage without removing a lock and opening a
separate valve. Fines for individuals are quite high.

We could shoot a lot of people, stop agricultural production of the food we
eat, stay at home instead of going to work . . .
I don't find the answers obvious at all. I don't think those charged wtih
finding and implementing them do either.
