Well, just about. At the Sheraton here in Mexico City tonight and taking off
for the airport over to Costa Rica at 5:30am Monday. Board the boat on
Tuesday 12th. Get back to Sydney on Monday the 25th (I think that is the
right date) ... well its the Monday I am going to spend with Strike before
boarding the latest flight home back to Perth late that night. I see from the
CNN weather report that OZ is having nice weather so it will be great to come
back to better weather conditions than what I had before I flew out on Sept 3.

This keyboard is slightly different to what I am use to and I cant figure out
how to get the apostrophe or the AT sign working either so Im not using
either .. not that it would make a difference with my grammar though ;-)

Have clocked up over 1,000 kms visiting various *must see* places in Mexico.
Have stayed a night each at San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, visited Morelia
on the way to the next place - which was Patzcuaro, looked up one of Mikas
internet contacts in Uruapan (this guy was trying to join us in La Paz but
work commitments put that on hold unfortunately) and had a pleasant stay at
Taxco before heading back to Mexico city. Taxco is one area I could live in
but the rest of the places ... the traffic and noise would drive me mad though
the buildings are something to look at.... so rich in history. I have lost
count of the number of churches I have looked at during my travels... did not
get struck by lightening once (touch on wood ;-))

I am glad to hear Jeffs lips finally touch a Tim Tam again :-)
I took enough Tim Tams to have a pack a day on board our dive boat while at La
Paz... fortunately they made it through the heat at Borneo which was the 1st
sector of this extended dive trip of mine. I must say that John Nitrox was
being very good with his diet and many a time turned down the offer of a Tim
Tam.

It will take me a while to get all my slide film processed and sorted out once
I get back to Perth but I am sure I have some reasonably nice ones that I can
get scanned to post out to yall ... might take up Crustys offer of web space
as I have completely forgotten how to do things on my actual web page .. its
not been touched since the Coz99NEDfest .. shocking how slack Ive got in me
old age.

Well, will be offline for the next 12 days or so. Be good now ;-))
