Then, yes.  What is going on NOW isn't bygones.

That's a pretty monumental loss.  Sorry to hear you were a victim.

A lot of the rest of your post seems to be an attack on Chuck for holding an
opinion contrary to yours.  Chuck has a right to his opinions just like you
and I do, whether we agree or not.  Chuck is not the only person that
accepted Nick's right to set standards.  Every member of Scuba-L that is
still a participant in it also decided to accept it too.  On a whole, I
suspect that more people accepted Nicks rights than did not.  You don't and
I don't, but we may be in the minority on this, even if we're right.
