For the record, since we have not exchanged any email on the matter,
and:

1.  Hugh osted that he MAY send BJorn and you (Strike) email about
    my copyright violation,

2.  Hugh DID send Bjorn such an email,

it was my logical inference that he probably sent you something
similar, but then knowing you were not DIRECTLY involved, and that
you would probably laugh at his feable (and invalid) attempt at
his false accusation of copyright violation anyway.

As a publisher of e-nekton and present and former publisher of
more copyrighted magazines and books that I can count on the
toes of feet in Lee and HUgh's mouths, I am SURE you're
INFINITELY more knowledgeable on the subject of "copyright"
than either of those two clowns.

Techinical Note on "infinity" and "infinitely more":  any finite
or arbitrarily small amount epsilon over zero is STILL infinite
and infinitely more.  :-)


Thanks for the clarification that Hugh did not carry out his
threat in a rec.scuba post of sending YOU an email, as he
did Bjorn.
