the LAST thing any sane person would do.

What you surmise was exactly what YOU do, when you went over to
rec.scuba with your pal Chuck, as a team:  You calling me "asshole's
asshole" there (which has backfired at you <no pun intended>),
and Chuck call me an "asshole", and this time YOU played Chuck's
role in Scuba-SE, and called me a "pompus asshole".

That's why you were called a "Hypocrite Supreme" by me in rec.scuba,
and you earned that title here NOW.
