That forced me to re-subscribe! :-)

Because the Navy weren't able to do the clearances and check the wreck for
unexploded ordnance, the organisers turned elsewhere!

"It's OK!" I was told over the 'phone, "We've got six cave divers coming
down to do the clearance and ... what's that cackling noise?"

"It's only me rollling on the floor laughing my head off." I said.

"Anyway! By the time that you get in the water the explosives will be inert
and ... What's that noise?"

"It's only me rolling on the floor laughing my head off!" :-)

I'd better point out that I have the utmost respect for cave divers. Anyone
who regards wriggling around in small wet holes as fun has to have nerves of
steel. But I never knew that clearing unexploded ordnance from vessels was
part of the cave-diving curriculum! :-)

If there's not then we'll just have to go back and do it again! (Fingers
crossed that there's not!) :-)

I was wondering what happened to my other Bugs Bunny sock. (It did seem to
have a mind of its own during that trip and kept turning up in the strangest
places!) :-))))
