Now you have.  Of course, I was attempting to be a bit humourous.  Down here
in the far south, just about everthing that is shaped like a bream, is
called a bream, crappie included.  Typically, freshwater fish include bream,
minnows, shiners, bass, gar and catfish.  Further distinction is rare.
