What's are Perals? or Who?

I've stared at this thread title for days now, and so far I can't figure out what
Perals are, and who is casting him/them.
Sure seems to be a lot of arguing about it, however.

I do know what swine are, but again, I'm at a loss for Swines, unless it's Spanish
surname. It'd be easier if it had the tilde over the n.

I see a possibility. Perhaps Perals is a misspelling?. It's probably Perales,
huh?.

That's it! Perales and Swines [pronounced "pe rahl ez" and "swen' ez"]
were the the divers on Christopher Columbus crew on the 2nd voyage to the New
World. That's a little known fact. They were trying to recover the treasure of
the Santa Maria, lost in the first voyage in 1492.

Perales wore a Cucurane computer, too, if I remember correctly.
Probably why old Christopher cast him first.

I knew there was something informative in all that if I just looked deep enough.

Wade
