Last thing first.  Congrats for being admitted membership to the
Re-tarred Club, or some say, Club of the Retarded.  :-)

As for the Review option, THAT could be something that can be put
through a true, orderly "voting process", because it's a radical
change.

Lest people think I back people instead of ISSUES, I am against it. :-)

I have many reasons, but will defer the discussion till the question
is brought to an RFD (Request for Discussion) prior ot an official
voting process.

Perhaps that'll give folks some motivation to think about HOW any
vote of this type should be conducted.  Sorry I won't be around for
a few days to see how this develops.  But I would interested to hear
the DISCUSSION even if the question is not put to an official vote.
