Money money money money money

Money makes the world go around the world go around...

You can only charge so much for a course before the public say no.  But,
once you have them hooked, you can charge that 200 many times.  Thus there
are advanced courses and specialty course and rescue courses... all of which
were probably at one time part of the only course.
