No wonder I'm so poor!   :-)

Funnily enough, I spoke to John Lippman this morning and, during the course
of the conversation, mentioned the book, "Deeper Into Diving".  He told me
that he's currently updating it and hopes to have the revised copy out by
February of next year.  (But in the meanwhile it's still worth the read!)
