Mate!  It's a sad fact that terms of endearment, like F.O.B, sometimes don't
translate well between countries, but it is a fact that we more senior
members of the Australasian Order of Old Bastards  - who are more *rounded*
in the social graces - are sometimes referred to as F.O.B.'s by the younger
junior members.  (Apparently as a mark of respect!)  :-)
