That's a pretty nice deal, but there may be a better one around. It wasn't
long ago that I was looking into an organization called Greater Ministries
International, a Florida based religious organization. As I recall, they
were selling a square foot of God's Country (or similar name). The price
wasn't as good, but the benefits were great. All land owners were
automatically (may have been a fee involved :^) ) citizens of God's Country
and, as such, were no longer responsible for U.S. Income Taxes, could get
international Driver's Licenses with instantly clear driving records
(definitely a fee involved in this one) and similar very valuable benefits.
I'm sure that land ownership and ditizenship in God's Country would be just
as valuable for those in Oz as for those here in the U.S. Anyone
interested, let me know and I'll help with the transaction . . . for a
modest fee, of course.
