I have given my reply to Robert. Basically, Sue and I are definitely
interested, and would leave all the details to the able hands of
what Robert and Bjorn can rig up, and what others prefer since I
don't know enough about that area to know what to prefer.

So, I am at the mercy of everyone! :-))

But my aft-ADEX side trip days are definitely 4/22-27, returning
back to Singapore on the 27th, to return home on the 28th.

We look forward to whatever dive/non-dive arrangements we get.

Since my air arrives Singapore at 1:05 AM, (CO has about 8
different itineraries from ATL, all arriving SIN from Tokyo
on that flight!)

I asked rec.travel.air folks for advice on what to do at that
ungodly hour other than waste a whole night's hotel room for
a short nap before morning.

I got the surprise info about the TRANSIT HOTEL at the airport:

http://www.airport-hotel.com.sg/

Basically for about $35 USD, I can get a decent room for 6 hours.

I have already sent in my reservation for the arrival day, to
kill the hours before checking into the Conrad later that day.

Has anyone stayed at THAT transit hotel? Seems like a good deal,
at least on paper, on the web.
