>1. Who wants to/and is ABLE to go ? (I assume everyone WANTS to go, but
only
able bodies interest me for the purpose of this exercise!)

Michael

2. If you want to/are able to go, and the event were to be held between
February and October 2003 or 2004, when would be your first preference and
when your
second ?

2003, 2004

L2 sounds fine, since I've been to Sipadan 5 times already. However, a week
at L2 is a bit short for the Euros and Merkins who have a long trip there.
So for those that stay longer, possible add-ons would be Sipadan, Labuan,
or even a few days at KK's Abdul Rahman (I've spent some very relaxing days
on Borneo Diver's "own" island there in the past. Always back in time for
happy hour in KK). And of course Sangalaki, Steve Fish is the manager there
now. Haven't checked Indonesia's policies of late, so I don't know if Kuty
could go, but last time I checked Malaysia was not a friendly country. Has
this changed?
