    You're right, , ,it is a good "Rule of Thumb"!!   It also describes
a bag that is 45 Linear inches.

    Rules is Rules!! <G> I do fly on domestic and foreign carriers so
I'm generally bound by those who enforce those rules. I try not to
wander far from them! <G>
