Requirements? We are still self regulating here.     :-)

The standard industry guideline is followed....Yearly visual with 5yr
hydro.

I am noticing that some dive stores [the progressive one's] are
requiring Visual + stickers before they will fill.
They will not accept the old look with light and mirrors standard for
good reason IMO.
I have seen examples of tanks that passed one shop's visual and then
fail the Visual + NDT check test which were subsequently replaced by
the manufacturer as being faulty.
