I have to attend a conference on Hawks Cay/Duck Cay in February (28th & 29th will be diving days) at the Hawks Cay Resort http://www.hawkscay.com/ Apparently there is a dive shop on site, Tilden's Scuba Center ( http://www.tildensscubacenter.com/ ) I'm wondering if anyone here has been diving with them or has any information about their operation, in addition to what's on the website. They also have a shop just south on Marathon.

A rather extensive Google search of the web and groups, from several different angles, came up with not much real or useful information.

There are a few serious divers in the conference group, several "yea, I've been diving before - how deep have you gone?" types, a handful of new divers, and the rest are snorkel and snuba types. It has all the makings of a real CF unless the dive shop is savvy and I can sneak off with the group of experienced divers or charter our own boat. I suppose I should call the dive shop, and will, after I gather some more information, hopefully from you wonderfully experienced, picky, and critical lot! :-)

Best regards,
Russ
