A call to the Aggressor Fleet today revealed the unpleasant news that
there are NO boats open in 2001 between the last week in May and the
first week in August.  In fact there are only a few half or less full
boats available.  So, if anyone is really interested in the CAIV during
that time, we need to plan a NEDfest for 2002 now.  Sheeesh!  My balloon
is deflated...
