2003.  2004 seems far too long to wait!

Prolly just me, but by 02/3 who knows... :-)  In any case, I've wanted
to spend some time on Borneo for ages, and if I was already going to be
in the area...

Meanwhile, I'm up to six pages of CAIV trip report so far, and no end
in sight!
