And here I was thinking that crawfish were something unique to the southern
portion of teh U.S.  Cajun Bug Boils are well known.  There are also
crawfish in the Everglades, but apparently not in quantities sufficient to
warrant commercial harvesting.

As for the varieties of lobster and shrimp, I propose we lump them under a
single name, "dinner."
