You must report it in either direction, but provided appropriate
consideration is given, you can avoid being on most wanted lists. On the
other hand, you probably will be on the "call for contributions to the
union" list. It's open to question which list is more problematic.

Do not open your account in Grand Cayman. Sheeesh, amateurs, you gotta love
em. Grand Cayman, the Bahamas and a lot of other Caribbean basin countries
have cleaned up their act, at least a little, at least for now, in response
to pressure from the U.S. If you're going to place your wealth where they,
and you, are most safe, you're going to need expert advice. I can provide
it for a modest fee of approximately 25%. Note that I did not use the term
"launder." Money laundering requires knowledge that the funds are the
proceeds of or at least related to (U.S.A. Patriot Act) a specified unlawful
activity. As long as you, and I, have no knowledge of an illegal source or
aspect of the funds, it's not laundering. Be careful not to smear the ink
on the seed money. Wet ink might be considered knowledge of the source of
the funds. Also be careful to claim your income. Penalties for tax evasion
can be pretty severe. You'll need an expert accountant as well. For a
somewhat smaller fee, say 10%, I can arrange that also.
