Mate! It's good to be able to get back into clothes that I sadly thought
I'd never again be able to fit into - and now that I can, I don't want to!
:-)

As soon as I get a new dive suit! (Believe it or not but I've grown back
into an older, hardly used, wet-suit - and back out of it again! Now it's
too baggy! And I'm saving my pennies to invest - finally - in a dry-suit so
that I can alternate between a skin in the summer and stay warm and toasty
in the winter. :-)

Many thanks for that comment. It's difficult to take an objective view when
you're close to something! :-)

The bastards!!! :-)

Mate! The glycaemic index food plan that I've been following is an absolute
winner. It's effortless - and enjoyable. What's even better, it's improved
my gas consumption levels and energy during a dive. :-)
