I know.  I was referring to the shops in Key West.  The NPS has to transport
people and supplies on a fairly regular basis.  The idea was to find
somebody willing to help, if not free, then for a moderate fee, in getting
tanks back and forth and goods from the store to the boat without Brad
actually having to be there.

As you'll see from another of Brad's posts, there is a compressor, but there
are political and training issues involved in being able to use it.  To be
honest, I'm a bit surprised that the rangers dive recreationally much at
all.  The quickest way I know of to spoil a good hobby is to do it for a
living.
