And for those - like Viv, Mika, Huw et al - who know the "Stinky Drain",
(and aren't a-feared of calling it such in front of the landlord and anyone
else that knows the place by using the broadly accepted rhyming slang
description of the place?) the Steyne Hotel has just enjoyed a make-over.
It looks - from the inside - magnificent.  And now offers even more
outstanding views of Shelly Beach from its various bars.

It's still a great gathering spot for divers - real ones! - and better yet,
still serves beer! :-)
