Thanks Christian and Viv for expressing what I feel.
This is a terrible loss to us all.
Ron was so kind and helpful with advice before my recent trip to LA
and I was sorry at the time I could not reach his part of the world.
It would have been a great priviledge to meet him - too late now.
My deepest sympathy to Mary Ann and his family.
