No, it is a centerboard boat.  But, a keel boat course was what I could get
on the same lake and about 250 bucks cheaper than the course more tailored
for a center board boat (that does not even mention the laser.)  And of
course Iraq has WMD.  At least in the minds of some world leaders who still
persist in saying nucular.
