You're correct, your post came in while I was
composing mine. That's a drawback of a webmail
interface.
Ironically enough, by now the volume of posts on this
subject exceeds the ratio of spam by at least 100:1,
and certainly I'm sorry I started the whole thing! :-)
(Of course my original question was couldn't we just
ban our friend "hahaha", and I'm still not sure if
that is possible or not with listserv.)
However, I am getting an education in listserv and
that's not bad.
