AS Mike has already said, NO ONE here has CONDONED nor suggested 'IT's
PROPER..." to ignore the waiver, but it is a FACT and a REALITY of life
that it will be litigated. As have also been stated, it is even more
likely that the family members of the deceased most certainly will for
the reasons stated.
