Greetings all

Thought it was time to jump up and say hello. My name is Nutt, been diving
since '81, and about to go on my first bluewater dives. I will be going to
the Flower Gardens in Sept. aboard the Sea Searcher, and to Coz in October.

Since local lakes do not lend themselves to u/w photography, I have never
had a need to equip myself for such activities, but obviously things have
changed. I have no intention at all to make these trips a once in a lifetime
thing, but I don't have bottomless pockets either. There are tons of u/w
cameras out there, and I am looking for advice as to what to use. I do have
considerable skill as a photographer, but below the waves are a different
matter.

I would also like to thank Jan who answered the "what in the heck happened
to scuba-l????" question, and Crusty Russ for answering the other.

Thanks again

Nutt
