Can I extrapolate from your remarks that any arrival terminal from Newark to
IAH would then have  be either Terminal C or D and that my departure terminal
from IAH (to CZM) would have to be either C or D?  If this is correct, then
am I better off taking Bob's advice and walking  (running) between terminals
or taking the shuttle?  And if I do take the shuttle between C & D is it
inside or outside the security perimeter?

Whew....hope I haven't confused you as much as I've confused myself!
