Not exactly. It was Benjamin Desrali who said, "There are lies,
damned lies, and statistics" -- meaning the MISUSE of DATA/STATISTICS
by nonstatisticians who think they know how to gather or interpret DATA.
Do we have anybody on THIS list that fits the bill? ;-)
